Startup Launch (formerly known as Startup Summer) is looking for the next great ideas from Tech students for its 2017 program.

Student inventors from Georgia Tech, Boston College, Duke University, University of North Carolina and University of Virginia will compete in the ACC InVenture Prize finale.

FireHUD will represent Georgia Tech in the inaugural ACC InVenture Prize competition.

Startup Summer is an intensive 12-week program during which student teams launch startups based on their ideas and prototypes.

Teams are provided with $20,000 in seed funding, mentorship, workspace, intellectual property protection, and visibility. Applications are now open for this summer.

Legal Buzz will let students get their questions answered through pro bono assistance from lawyers.
